Pet therapy has been used in hospitals, nursing homes, mental institutions and more. But now with an increase in studies proving the success of this practice it has caught on in the government. Theresa Donnelly, of U.S. Pacific Command, the owner of Hawaii Military Pets, which provides pet resources for military families.
